The Washington Post: RICHMOND -- Virginia officials reacted with bipartisan dismay on Monday to Defense Department budget shifts that will cost the state thousands of jobs in coming years and will dramatically impact the economies of the Norfolk area and Northern Virginia.
This is not good for the state's economy, but I wonder if Republicans will blame McDonnell for something that happened on his watch that he didn't cause in the same way they blame Obama for the joblessness and bad economy that is not his fault.
